scsi: dc395x: Documentation: Reword original driver attribution
The Linux kernel isn't in 2.6.x anymore, but rather the major version has advanced much (currently 6.x). Reword the attribution. Also, replace 404'ed 2.4 driver link with web.archive.org snapshot [1].
