platform/x86/intel/wmi: thunderbolt: Use bus-based WMI interface

Browse Source 
Currently, the driver still uses the legacy GUID-based interface
to invoke WMI methods. Use the modern bus-based interface instead.

Tested on a Lenovo E51-80.
