EDAC: Fix typos in comments

Fix the following typos:

'Alocate' ==> 'Allocate',
'specifed' ==> 'specified',
'Technlogy' ==> 'Technology',
'Brnach' ==> 'Branch',
'branchs' ==> 'branches'.
