net: core: annotate socks of struct sock_reuseport with __counted_by
According to '__reuseport_alloc()', annotate flexible array member 'sock' of 'struct sock_reuseport' with '__counted_by()' and use convenient 'struct_size()' to simplify the math used in 'kzalloc()'.
