The cdev, tz and governor list, as well as their respective locks are statically defined in the thermal_core.c file. In order to give a sane access to these list, like browsing all the thermal zones or all the cooling devices, let's define a set of helpers where we pass a callback as a parameter to be called for each thermal entity. We keep the self-encapsulation and ensure the locks are correctly taken when looking at the list. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
