Add initial support for the SiFive FU540-C000 SoC. This is a 28nm SoC based around the SiFive U54-MC core complex and a TileLink interconnect. This file is expected to grow as more device drivers are added to the kernel. This patch includes a fix to the QSPI memory map due to a documentation bug, found by ShihPo Hung <shihpo.hung@sifive.com>, adds entries for the I2C controller, and merges all DT changes that formerly were made dynamically by the riscv-pk BBL proxy kernel. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
