Martin K. Petersen dd3d145d49 block: Fix discard alignment calculation and printing ...

Discard alignment reporting for partitions was incorrect.  Update to
match the algorithm used elsewhere.

The alignment can be negative (misaligned).  Fix format string
accordingly.
