net: sfp: Add more extended compliance codes
SFF-8024 is used to define various constants re-used in several SFF SFP-related specifications. Add SFF-8024 extended compliance code definitions for CMIS compliant modules and use them in the next patch to determine the firmware flashing work. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
