Michael Opdenacker edf6844ebf microblaze: Remove unused NO_MMU Kconfig parameter ...

This removes the NO_MMU Kconfig parameter,
which was no longer used anywhere in the source code
and Makefiles.

This also updates a comment refering to this parameter.
