Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo ee286c60c2 tools headers UAPI: Sync linux/in.h copy with the kernel sources
To pick the changes in:

  db243b796439c0ca ("net/ipv4/ipv6: Replace one-element arraya with flexible-array members")
  2d3e5caf96b9449a ("net/ipv4: Replace one-element array with flexible-array member")

That don't result in any change in tooling, the structs changed remains
with the same layout.

This addresses this build warning:

Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/include/uapi/linux/in.h' differs from latest version at 'include/uapi/linux/in.h'
  diff -u tools/include/uapi/linux/in.h include/uapi/linux/in.h

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
