From af1052fd49cc7c78e577bb1d6241171a8ce05bab Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Hongbo Li Date: Wed, 28 Aug 2024 20:32:23 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] net/tipc: replace deprecated strcpy with strscpy The deprecated helper strcpy() performs no bounds checking on the destination buffer. This could result in linear overflows beyond the end of the buffer, leading to all kinds of misbehaviors. The safe replacement is strscpy() [1].
