bcachefs: mark_stripe_bucket cleanup
Start to work on unifying mark_stripe_bucket() and trans_mark_stripe_bucket(); first, clean up all the unnecessary and gratuitious differences. Signed-off-by: Kent Overstreet <kent.overstreet@linux.dev>
