net,rcu: convert call_rcu(__gen_kill_estimator) to kfree_rcu()

Browse Source 
The rcu callback __gen_kill_estimator() just calls a kfree(),
so we use kfree_rcu() instead of the call_rcu(__gen_kill_estimator).
