dt-bindings: ata: ahci-fsl-qoriq: convert to yaml format

Convert ahci-fsl-qoirq DT binding to yaml format.

Additional changes:
- Add reg-names list, ahci and sata-ecc
- Add fsl,ls1028a-ahci and fsl,lx2060a-ahci
