This adds a flags field to the gpio specifier for Samsung. I didn't
want to add yet another field in the already quite long specifier, so
I decided to compress it together with the Pull Up/Down settings instead.
This is needed to, for example, have a gpio-keys input that is active low.

In some cases we are forced to store individual records for a continuation
line print.
Export a flag to allow the external re-construction of the line. The flag
allows us to apply a similar logic externally which is used internally when
the console, /proc/kmsg or the syslog() output is printed.

The original pin registers table is derived from u-boot mainline,
but somehow it was found missing some mux functions for USBOTG_ID.
We added it at the bottom by following the exist pin function ids,
then it will not break the exist using of pin function id in dts file.

Add a new inode operation which is called on the last component of an open.
Using this the filesystem can look up, possibly create and open the file in one
atomic operation. If it cannot perform this (e.g. the file type turned out to
be wrong) it may signal this by returning NULL instead of an open struct file
pointer.
i_op->atomic_open() is only called if the last component is negative or needs
lookup. Handling cached positive dentries here doesn't add much value: these
can be opened using f_op->open(). If the cached file turns out to be invalid,
the open can be retried, this time using ->atomic_open() with a fresh dentry.
For now leave the old way of using open intents in lookup and revalidate in
place. This will be removed once all the users are converted.
David Howells noticed that if ->atomic_open() opens the file but does not create
it, handle_truncate() will be called on it even if it is not a regular file.
Fix this by checking the file type in this case too.

Some architectures supports only 16-bit or 32-bit read/write access to
their IO space. Add a 'reg-io-width' platform and OF parameter which
specifies the IO width to support these platforms.
reg-io-width can be specified as 1, 2 or 4, and has a default value
of 1 if it is unspecified.

WQ_HIGHPRI was implemented by queueing highpri work items at the head
of the global worklist. Other than queueing at the head, they weren't
handled differently; unfortunately, this could lead to execution
latency of a few seconds on heavily loaded systems.
Now that workqueue code has been updated to deal with multiple
worker_pools per global_cwq, this patch reimplements WQ_HIGHPRI using
a separate worker_pool. NR_WORKER_POOLS is bumped to two and
gcwq->pools[0] is used for normal pri work items and ->pools[1] for
highpri. Highpri workers get -20 nice level and has 'H' suffix in
their names. Note that this change increases the number of kworkers
per cpu.
POOL_HIGHPRI_PENDING, pool_determine_ins_pos() and highpri chain
wakeup code in process_one_work() are no longer used and removed.
This allows proper prioritization of highpri work items and removes
high execution latency of highpri work items.

There is multiple voltage input pins on device which
takes the voltage input for different voltage regulator.
Support to configure the voltage input supplied by

This patch configures the I2C bus timing registers according
to information passed via DT. Currently, 100kHz and 400kHz
modes are supported.
The TIMING2 register value is wrong in the documentation for
i.MX28! This was found and fixed by:

Any non-standard property should contain the vendor's identifier which
should be perpended onto the property name followed by a comma. This
aids in name-space collision prevention. This patch ensures the
sleepmode property adheres to the rules.
