Since only a single caller remains, inline blk_rq_set_prio(). Initialize req->ioprio even if no I/O priority has been set in the bio nor in the I/O context. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
