Zubin Mithra 212ac181c1 ALSA: seq: Fix OOB-reads from strlcpy ...

When ioctl calls are made with non-null-terminated userspace strings,
strlcpy causes an OOB-read from within strlen. Fix by changing to use
strscpy instead.
