Ivan Orlov bba0498bd2 ALSA: pcmtest: Remove redundant definitions ...

Remove redundant definitions of DEVNAME and CARD_NAME, as they're not
useful. The former is not used anywhere, and the latter is used only
in module parameters descriptions.
