ARM: tegra: delete nvidia,tegra20-spi.txt binding ...
This binding shouldn't exist; Tegra20 has two forms of SPI controller
that are documented separately in nvidia,tegra20-sflash.txt and
nvidia,tegra20-slink.txt.
