Paul Stewart 68972efa65 usbnet: Resubmit interrupt URB if device is open ...

Resubmit interrupt URB if device is open.  Use a flag set in
usbnet_open() to determine this state.  Also kill and free
interrupt URB in usbnet_disconnect().
