mfd: arizona: Drop arizona-extcon cells

Browse Source 
The arizona jack-dection handling is being reworked so that the
codec-child-device drivers directly handle jack-detect themselves,
so it is no longer necessary to instantiate "arizona-extcon"
child-devices.
