NFSD: Remove unused function parameter
Clean up: Commit 65294c1f2c
("nfsd: add a new struct file caching
facility to nfsd") moved the fh_verify() call site out of
nfsd_open(). That was the only user of nfsd_open's @rqstp parameter,
so that parameter can be removed.
