media: dvb-ttusb-budget: cleanup printk logic
Instead of calling printk(), use pr_foo() macros. While here, do some cleanup at the printed messages, as some has __func__, while others have the module name (sometimes spelled as "ttusb_dvb"). Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>
