f99de3d570 nilfs2: convert inode file to be folio-based
Convert the page-based implementation of ifile, a metadata file that
manages inodes, to folio-based.

93aef9eda1 nilfs2: fix incorrect inode allocation from reserved inodes
If the bitmap block that manages the inode allocation status is corrupted,
nilfs_ifile_create_inode() may allocate a new inode from the reserved
inode area where it should not be allocated.

Previous fix commit d325dc6eb7 ("nilfs2: fix use-after-free bug of
struct nilfs_root"), fixed the problem that reserved inodes with inode
numbers less than NILFS_USER_INO (=11) were incorrectly reallocated due to
bitmap corruption, but since the start number of non-reserved inodes is
read from the super block and may change, in which case inode allocation
may occur from the extended reserved inode area.

If that happens, access to that inode will cause an IO error, causing the
file system to degrade to an error state.

Fix this potential issue by adding a wraparound option to the common
metadata object allocation routine and by modifying
nilfs_ifile_create_inode() to disable the option so that it only allocates
inodes with inode numbers greater than or equal to the inode number read
in "nilfs->ns_first_ino", regardless of the bitmap status of reserved
inodes.

1244a6d7a2 nilfs2: localize highmem mapping for checkpoint reading within cpfile
Move the code for reading from a checkpoint entry that is performed in
nilfs_attach_checkpoint() to the cpfile side, and make the page mapping
local and temporary. And use kmap_local instead of kmap to access the
checkpoint entry page.

In order to load the ifile inode information included in the checkpoint
entry within the inode lock section of nilfs_ifile_read(), the newly added
checkpoint reading method nilfs_cpfile_read_checkpoint() is called
indirectly via nilfs_ifile_read() instead of from
nilfs_attach_checkpoint().

7282f2ae81 nilfs2: convert ifile to use kmap_local
Convert deprecated kmap() and kmap_atomic() to use kmap_local for the
ifile metadata file used to manage disk inodes.

In some usages, calls to kmap_local and kunmap_local are split into
different helpers, but those usages can be safely changed to local thread
kmap.

a1d0747a39 nilfs2: use a more common logging style
Add macros for nilfs_<level>(sb, fmt, ...) and convert the uses of
'nilfs_msg(sb, KERN_<LEVEL>, ...)' to 'nilfs_<level>(sb, ...)' so nilfs2
uses a logging style more like the typical kernel logging style.

d6517deb01 nilfs2: replace nilfs_warning() with nilfs_msg()
Use nilfs_msg() to output warning messages and get rid of
nilfs_warning() function. This also removes function names from the
messages unless we embed them explicitly in format strings. Instead,
some messages are revised to clarify the context.

cae3d4ca6f nilfs2: hide function name argument from nilfs_error()
Simplify nilfs_error(), an output function used to report critical
issues in file system. This renames the original nilfs_error() function
to __nilfs_error() and redefines it as a macro to hide its function name
argument within the macro.

Every call site of nilfs_error() is changed to strip __func__ argument
except nilfs_bmap_convert_error(); nilfs_bmap_convert_error() directly
calls __nilfs_error() because it inherits caller's function name.

e5f7f84843 ] nilfs2: use atomic64_t type for inodes_count and blocks_count fields in nilfs_root struct
The cp_inodes_count and cp_blocks_count are represented as __le64 type in
on-disk structure (struct nilfs_checkpoint). But analogous fields in
in-core structure (struct nilfs_root) are represented by atomic_t type.

This patch replaces atomic_t on atomic64_t type in representation of
inodes_count and blocks_count fields in struct nilfs_root.

c7ef972c44 nilfs2: implement calculation of free inodes count
Currently, NILFS2 returns 0 as free inodes count (f_ffree) and current
used inodes count as total file nodes in file system (f_files):

df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/loop0 2 2 0 100% /mnt/nilfs2

This patch implements real calculation of free inodes count. First of
all, it is calculated total file nodes in file system as
(desc_blocks_count * groups_per_desc_block * entries_per_group). Then, it
is calculated free inodes count as difference the total file nodes and
used inodes count. As a result, we have such output for NILFS2:

df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/loop0 4194304 2114701 2079603 51% /mnt/nilfs2

Some functions using nilfs bmap routines can wrongly return invalid
