Andy Shevchenko 9e5ab0655e dmaengine: dw: Enable iDMA 32-bit on Intel Elkhart Lake 
Intel Elkhart Lake OSE (Offload Service Engine) provides few DMA controllers
to the host. Enable them in the driver.
