Jerome Marchand 3835541dd4 procfs: fix tid fdinfo ...

Correct the file_operations struct in fdinfo entry of tid_base_stuff[].

Presently /proc/*/task/*/fdinfo contains symlinks to opened files like
/proc/*/fd/.
