要求

对于作为数值类型 (NumericType) 的类型 T，必须是无 cv 限定的对象类型，且：

• 满足可默认构造 (DefaultConstructible) 、可复制构造 (CopyConstructible) 、可复制赋值 (CopyAssignable) 及可析构 (Destructible) 。
• T 上的操作均不抛出异常。
