md/raid5-cache: use READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE for 'conf->log'

Browse Source 
'conf->log' is set with 'reconfig_mutex' grabbed, however, readers are
not procted, hence protect it with READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE to prevent
reading abnormal values.
