dt-bindings: display: Add Renesas SH-Mobile LCDC bindings

Add device tree bindings for the LCD Controller (LCDC) found in Renesas
SuperH SH-Mobile and ARM SH/R-Mobile SOCs.

Based on a plain text prototype by Laurent Pinchart.
