ALSA: ump: Indicate the inactive group in legacy substream names

Browse Source 
Since the legacy rawmidi has no proper way to know the inactive group,
indicate it in the rawmidi substream names with "[Inactive]" suffix
when the corresponding UMP group is inactive.
