4fe205539c netlink: specs: add phys-binding attr to rt_link spec
Add the missing phys-binding attr to the mctp-attrs in the rt_link spec.
This fixes commit 580db513b4 ("net: mctp: Expose transport binding

Note that enum mctp_phys_binding is not currently uapi, but perhaps it

cfbbd48598 mptcp: no admin perm to list endpoints
During the switch to YNL, the command to list all endpoints has been
accidentally restricted to users with admin permissions.

It looks like there are no reasons to have this restriction which makes
it harder for a user to quickly check if the endpoint list has been
correctly populated by an automated tool. Best to go back to the
previous behaviour then.

mptcp_pm_gen.c has been modified using ynl-gen-c.py:

   $ ./tools/net/ynl/ynl-gen-c.py --mode kernel \
     --spec Documentation/netlink/specs/mptcp_pm.yaml --source \
     -o net/mptcp/mptcp_pm_gen.c

f858cc9eed net: add IFLA_MAX_PACING_OFFLOAD_HORIZON device attribute
Some network devices have the ability to offload EDT (Earliest
Departure Time) which is the model used for TCP pacing and FQ
packet scheduler.

Some of them implement the timing wheel mechanism described in
https://saeed.github.io/files/carousel-sigcomm17.pdf
with an associated 'timing wheel horizon'.

This patch adds dev->max_pacing_offload_horizon expressing
this timing wheel horizon in nsec units.

This is a read-only attribute.

Unless a driver sets it, dev->max_pacing_offload_horizon
is zero.

170aafe35c netdev: support binding dma-buf to netdevice
Add a netdev_dmabuf_binding struct which represents the
dma-buf-to-netdevice binding. The netlink API will bind the dma-buf to
rx queues on the netdevice. On the binding, the dma_buf_attach
& dma_buf_map_attachment will occur. The entries in the sg_table from
mapping will be inserted into a genpool to make it ready
for allocation.

The chunks in the genpool are owned by a dmabuf_chunk_owner struct which
holds the dma-buf offset of the base of the chunk and the dma_addr of
the chunk. Both are needed to use allocations that come from this chunk.

We create a new type that represents an allocation from the genpool:
net_iov. We setup the net_iov allocation size in the
genpool to PAGE_SIZE for simplicity: to match the PAGE_SIZE normally
allocated by the page pool and given to the drivers.

The user can unbind the dmabuf from the netdevice by closing the netlink
socket that established the binding. We do this so that the binding is
automatically unbound even if the userspace process crashes.

The binding and unbinding leaves an indicator in struct netdev_rx_queue
that the given queue is bound, and the binding is actuated by resetting
the rx queue using the queue API.

The netdev_dmabuf_binding struct is refcounted, and releases its
resources only when all the refs are released.

abcd3026dd ethtool: Extend cable testing interface with result source information
Extend the ethtool netlink cable testing interface by adding support for

differentiate between results obtained through different diagnostic
methods.

For example, some TI 10BaseT1L PHYs provide two variants of cable
diagnostics: Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and Active Link Cable
Diagnostic (ALCD). By introducing `ETHTOOL_A_CABLE_RESULT_SRC` and
`ETHTOOL_A_CABLE_FAULT_LENGTH_SRC` attributes, this update enables
drivers to indicate whether the result was derived from TDR or ALCD,
improving the clarity and utility of diagnostic information.

 2. Continuing to focus on the quality of NFSD in LTS kernels
 3. Participation in IETF nfsv4 WG discussions about NFSv4 ACLs,

Notable features in v6.11 that were not pulled through the NFSD tree
include NFS server-side support for the new pNFS NVMe layout type
[RFC9561]. Functional testing for pNFS block layouts like this one
has been introduced to our kdevops CI harness. Work on improving
the resolution of file attribute time stamps in local filesystems
 is also ongoing tree-wide.

aae0b82b46 net: openvswitch: add psample action
Add support for a new action: psample.

This action accepts a u32 group id and a variable-length cookie and uses
the psample multicast group to make the packet available for
observability.

The maximum length of the user-defined cookie is set to 16, same as
tc_cookie, to discourage using cookies that will not be offloadable.
