Christian Dietrich de639c3116 drivers/rtc: remove unneeded ifdef CONFIG_PM 
Because CONFIG_PM is a precondition to CONFIG_ACPI, the ifdef CONFIG_PM
within ifdef CONFIG_ACPI is redundant.
