Takashi Sakamoto e4c8b8014f firewire: ohci: use guard macro to serialize operations for isochronous contexts 
The 1394 OHCI driver uses spinlock to serialize operations for
isochronous contexts.

This commit uses guard macro to maintain the spinlock.
