All required callbacks are in place. Switch the alarm timer based posix interval timer callbacks to the common implementation and remove the incorrect private implementation. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
