perf bpf-prologue: Remove unused file

Browse Source 
Commit 4a73fca226 ("perf bpf-prologue: Remove unused file") missed
cleaning up the header file. The code was unnecessary as Commit
3d6dfae889 ("perf parse-events: Remove BPF event support") removed
building bpf-prologue.c.
