Max Filippov da94a40f72 xtensa: add seccomp support ...

Add SECCOMP to xtensa Kconfig, select HAVE_ARCH_SECCOMP_FILTER, add
TIF_SECCOMP and call secure_computing from do_syscall_trace_enter.
