net: dsa: sja1105: add FDB fast ageing support

Browse Source 
Delete the dynamically learned FDB entries when the STP state changes
and when address learning is disabled.

On sja1105 there is no shorthand SPI command for this, so we need to
walk through the entire FDB to delete.
