b1c387506d irqchip: Add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macros
On x86, make allmodconfig && make W=1 C=1 reports:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in drivers/irqchip/irq-ts4800.o
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in drivers/irqchip/irq-meson-gpio.o

Add the missing invocation of the MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro to all
files which have a MODULE_LICENSE(). This includes a 3rd file,
irq-mvebu-pic.c, which did not produce a warning with the x86
allmodconfig, but which may cause this warning with other kernel
configurations.

b7b58085a5 irqchip/mvebu-pic: Convert to platform_driver::remove_new() callback
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.

To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

421f16238a irqchip/mvebu-pic: Switch to dynamic chip name output
Instead of overriding the name field, track the corresponding device
and use the relevant callback to output its name.

This allows us to make the irq_chip structure const.

a109893bd3 irqchip/mvebu-pic: New driver for Marvell Armada 7K/8K PIC
The Marvell Armada 7K/8K integrates a secondary interrupt controller
very originally named "PIC". It is connected to the main GIC via a
PPI. Amongst other things, this PIC is used for the ARM PMU.

This commit adds a simple irqchip driver for this interrupt
controller. Since this interrupt controller is not needed early at boot
time, we make the driver a proper platform driver rather than use the
IRQCHIP_DECLARE() mechanism.
