Tianyang Zhang	ae16f05c92	irqchip/loongarch-avec: Add AVEC irqchip support ... Introduce the advanced extended interrupt controllers (AVECINTC). This feature will allow each core to have 256 independent interrupt vectors and MSI interrupts can be independently routed to any vector on any CPU. Huacai Chen	06fac729a6	LoongArch: Move irqchip function prototypes to irq-loongson.h ... Some irqchip functions are only for internal use by irqchip drivers, so move their prototypes from asm/irq.h to drivers/irqchip/irq-loongson.h. All related driver files include the new irq-loongson.h.
