Paul Mundt 0e3a9aab95 sh: ubc wakeup for SH-4 only. ...

SH-4A parts generally don't have any use for this, and it requires an
alternate implementation anyways. Leave this as an SH-4 only option,
as that's the only place this has been needed in the past.
