PTP Tx timestamping data structures are not protected against the concurrent access in the Tx paths. Protecting the same using atomic bit locks. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
