Erik Mouw c93dd4451e [ALSA] PCMCIA sound devices shouldn't depend on ISA ...

The ALSA drivers for PCMCIA devices depend on ISA, but modern
laptops can have PCMCIA support without ISA. This patch removes
the dependency.
