Add support for the tmc devices in the platform driver, which can then be used on ACPI based platforms. This change would now allow runtime power management for ACPI based systems. The driver would try to enable the APB clock if available. But first this renames and then refactors tmc_probe() and tmc_remove(), making sure it can be used both for platform and AMBA drivers. This also moves pm_runtime_put() from tmc_probe() to the callers. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
