Port to lua is written (#5)

Lua binding by @avaicode

 - Missing break between table and nil added
 - Fixed many small things int the port to Lua
 - Now it will check if args and env is a true list
 - Rename judge to run(the same as python's binding)
 - Removed a useless argument
